Q: Why is my iPhone 4S going straight to voicemail instead of ringing?

When someone calls me my iPhone goes straight to voicemail, and when I receive a text, I get no sound letting me know one has arrived. I think I caused this when recently making some changes in "settings", but now I can't figure out what I did so I can fix it.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4
