Q: ITunes Purchases on new ITunes account.

I have a personal itunes account for my IPad and my wife's IPhone.  Over the past few years, we've bought many songs, movies, and apps from ITunes.  My company is finally going away from BB's and I'm getting my first IPhone today.  My company has set very limited restrictions on our company IPhones, meaning I can add some apps/songs/movies to my new phone.  I want to keep seperate ITunes accounts for personal and work, because my company phone will not be synced with my personal email (as my IPad is).  I also don't want my work contacts or emails showing up on my IPad or my wife's IPhone for that matter.  I am wanting to add the purchased songs, apps, and movies to my work IPhone though, but I don't want to have to buy them again if I already own them.  I'm probably not supposed to talk about POD to PC for "exchanging" music, but I know that process can work for the music and movies (although I don't really want to buy that program for $25 either), but I don't believe it transfers apps.  I feel in today's APPLE life, and the endless amount of companies now using Apple products, these issues would have been addressed.  Any help is greatly appreciated!

Or is their a way to somehow authorize one itunes account for the music, apps, movies, etc... and then have another itunes account active for calander, email, messaging, etc...?  Not sure if that even makes sense.

Apple offers multiple services, including iTunes, all of which require an AppleID to create an account.

You can use one AppleID to create an iTunes & App Store account, and then use another AppleID for other Apple services like iCloud, iMessage, these forums, etc.  You can in fact use a different AppleID for each service if you wished to.

All you need to make a new AppleID is an email account that is not already in use as an AppleID - so use a free gmail, hotmail, AOL or whatever free account you wish.
