2010 Macbook Pro. New SSD + sata cable. Boots to ? Folder. Already installed OSX

I have a 2010 Macbook Pro. I replaced the hard drive with an SSD (it was failing). I then installed OS X. It installed perfectly. I then had to change the SATA cable because that was also failing. It now boots to the gray screen with the question mark folder. Already reset PRAM and NVRAM............ What now? Help.
