You do not add them. All available AirPrint printers will show when you print.

They show but when clicked on one, it will not let me click another one, or even remove first one and try the other.

You can only print to one printer at a time.

Once you select print you should see the printer options. There will be a Printer & Copy fields. Tap the Printer field and it will allow you to select a printer.
