Q: Macbook Pro keeps crashing and restarting! (mid 2009)

Hey guys!

I've been having a problem with my mac now for some time now and its getting really annoying. My computer will just shut off and restart. Its usually random I could not even be at my computer and it will happen. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you!
