Dec 6, 2013 1:27 PMby wjosten,Your phone is in recovery mode. You won't be able to get anything off of it until you get it out of recovery mode. Try this:

If that doesn't work, you have no choice but to restore the phone. But, you'll lose all data on the phone going that route.
