"Address Book" or "Contacts"

Why is my Address Book not called "Address Book"? It's "Contacts" and it does not look pretty like the one shown in Mac support and the one in my iPad. It has the info but not the name nor appearance. (new to Mac as of this week. 15-year PC user)
