Q: application sort organize delete files

My daughters MAC was corupted and infiltrated be XXX information, caused by myself. Using skybox for the first time I loaded it with photo's. Went to Skydrive in Outlook mail opened up the file with photo's. My hard drive opened up on my desktop and folders went everywhere. Finder and spotlight and myself, mostly them, got things repaired, Its a miracle but I am left with files for the file, aliases for the alias, and stuff everywhere with applicaations alias duplicated. I down loade Mac Paw and other application all for mavrick. I need to have all duplicate files and alias files no longer needed organized or trashed. I love how I almost killed him and Finder and spotlight  put him back together. Yhey just said hey stuoid yiu going to set there or help. I quit crying wiped the tears amd helped. I just want to fix my daughters computer.
