Q: iPhone 4 - no sound when receiving texts

I updated my iphone 4 to ios7 and now there's no sound when I receive text messages. If I put it on silent then it still vibrates but when it's not on silent then there's no sound and no vibration. This is the same for normal texts, iMessages, Whatsapp and viber. Has anyone had the same problem and/or know how to fix it?

Hi there S.V.O,

You may want to double check the notification settings on your device as well as making sure that the Do Not Disturb feature isn't enabled. Take a look at the articles below more information.
