i cant upgrade my iphone 4 i really need help to upgrade my phone thanks...

hi there this should be easy enough if you plug your phone into your computer and open the itunes app. select the phone (in either the left hand list or in the top right corner) then navigate to the summary page for the device and click backup( this ensures that if anything from here goes wrong we dont lose anything important) then click on the update button and follow the prompts. if you have any further issue from here please reply to this comment so i can assist further. 🙂
