Dec 7, 2013 11:33 AM in response to bilejoby bratman91,Are you in the UK? if not, the BBC iPlayer help page states:
Rights agreements mean that BBC iPlayer television programmes are only available to users in the UK. However, if you have previously downloaded a programme onto your laptop or portable hard drive from BBC iPlayer while in the UK, you can then watch it anywhere in the world.

Dec 7, 2013 11:42 AM in response to bilejoby bratman91,I have often used "Get iPlayer Automator" app to download BBC iPlayer (and the catch-up services of other UK tv broadcasters). If you know the name of the programme (program) you want to watch, it is easy to search for it and download in a format that iTunes can play. However, I have no idea if this works outside the UK.
