Start up disk full
I recently purchased a MacBook Pro OS X 10.7.5 with Lion. Now it's telling me my start-up disk is full. When I look at the storage, it says I have 107.66 in Other. I have read many forum discussions, but I can't figure out what to do. I can't even find "My Computer" to look at the logs.
I have backed everything up on an external hard drive using Time Machine. I don't know if I should back everything up a second time and start deleting files (mostly photos) or if I should buy more memory. I feel like I need to "clean up" the computer. I knew how to do that on a PC, but am clueless on a Mac. I've been working on this for a couple of months, but I have to get this taken care of before Christmas so that I can download pictures.
I welcome any advice!
