Apps disappear after download

Curently, I have the newest iPhone, 5S, and after updating to iOS 7.0.4, I have been unable to download any new apps. As soon as the app finishes downloading it immediately disappears. However, in the app store it shows that I did purchase the app and that I can 'open' it but when I tap the button nothing happens. When I go into Settings, General, Usage, the app is there, but only the icon shows up and there is no label indicating the title of the app, it just says "null" when I go to delete it. After deleting the app from usage, when I attempt to download it again from the app store, the same process repeats again. At one point, soft restarting the iPhone would have the app reappear but that does not work anymore. Additionally, all restrictions have been turned off.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You can try resetting your iPhone by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.

Try again to see if the problem persists.

You can also check to see if you have restrictions on. Look in Settings > General > Restrictions

Settings...iCloud...back everything up...

Setting...general, erase and reset iPhone 5s...

After resetting, sign back in with ur iCloud, and it should load all ur apps..taken me couple months to get to this post and find out this worked...

Try iTunes store > more> purchased> not on this iphone

or click

app store> updates> purchased> not on this iphone > and then click on the cloud to download

Unfortunately, the disappeared apps do not appear under Not on This iPhone but do appear under All with Open, which does nothing.

I have attempted to restart it many times to no avail. Also restrictions have been turned off.

Try swiping down from the middle of any home screen to display Spotlight search. Search for some of the apps in this state and see if appears as being on the iPhone.
