Dec 7, 2013 1:37 PM in response to yochai28by Demo,Check the outgoing mail server setting in both accounts. Make sure that your username and password are in there.
Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Your email account>Account>Outgoing mail server - tap the server name next to SMTP and check in the primary server and make sure your username and password are entered and correct - even if it says that the password is optional.

Jan 16, 2014 1:15 PM in response to yochai28by hedilla,Very frustrating - I have the same issue. Have removed and re-installed everything. Read a ton of fora on the matter and still can't send email using Apple's mail. Using my good old desktop (10.7.5) everything works just fine. Have had Mac since 1990.....come on guys, get your act together, this is not what I expect from you. Who can help?
