hi - what printer do you have? does it print other formats still?

you coyuld try the writepdf app to get over the hurdle?

Hello iLadyOK,

It's a HP photo smart 6510. It's made for air printing from apple products.

I don't generally print anything else apart from the simple PDF invoices.

I was working without any app but may need to purchase one to fix the fault.
