Internal Server Error 500

I purchased some music via iTunes but whenever I try to download the songs, it doesn't download a single bite. Instead it says "An internal server error occured. Please check that the connection to the network is active and try again." Obiously I'm connected to the internet just fine.

I've tried restarting my wi-fi connection, restarting my laptop (Windows 7), making sure it's not blocked by my firewall, and switching to a direct ethernet connection. These have not worked so far. Any ideas?
