When I do a Get Info on a file or folder, under the Permissions and Sharing section, one of the Names is _spotlight. Is that normal? It wasn't there a few days ago.

I stumbled upon the reason / solution for this. By clearing the ACLs on all the affected folders, _spotlight no longer appears under the Get Info Names.
It's not normal, as far as I know. I noticed them showing up on a couple of Migrated accounts. They didn't show up on a straight Upgrade.
Yes, that's what I noticed as well. Every item in my migrated account had _spotlight under the Names.
I filed a bug report about it when Mavericks was released, but haven't heard anything back.
