Dec 8, 2013 3:35 AMby King_Penguin,If you are trying to redeem a gift card then you should be able to do so via the Redeem link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1574 - is that how you are doing it ?
