my itunes library was recently moved from the c to the d drive to free up c drive memory. Since then I've not been able to transfer new purchases from itunes to my ipod classic. The songs are in 'itunes music' on the d drive but when I connect my ipod it doesn't come up as it used to. Please advise.

Did you use this method to change the location of your iTunes Media folder?

If you moved the iTunes Media folder "manually" (outside of iTunes using Windows), that may be the cause of your problem. You need to set the new location of the iTunes Media folder in iTunes preferences, and then use iTunes to "consolidate" your iTunes media files to that new location. If you move the folder manually, your iTunes library loses track of the location of your media files.
