Headphone jack parts loose/broken

Over the past few weeks I've noticed that the inside part of my iMac's headphone jack has started to become loose, causing my headphones to not be able to be plugged up correctly without having to put a large amount of pressure on it over and over again, which may just be making the problem worse in the long run. I decided to ask here before taking it in for help so anything will be appreciated.
