icloud/photos
when i log into icloud from my pc my photos do not show up. according to my phone the last back up to icloud was today at 5:47 am. any suggestions?

You can only see photos contained in a backup by restoring the backup to your phone. If you want to transfer photos from your phone to your pc so you can view them, you have to either use photo stream, import them using your usb cable (see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083), or use an app to transfer them over your wifi (like PhotoSync).
