Like some others have noted, I'm also loosing accuracy with touchid over time. I keep having to rescan the fingerprints in Settings. Saving the same finger to different slots helped but did not entirely fix the problem. I also wish we could name the save slots so I could tell which ones need to be redone. Does anyone have other suggestions? Does Apple read these forums, or do I need to send a bug report somewhere?

My fingerprints have worked fine since September.
You can edit the fingerprint name. Settings > General > Touch ID & Passcode > Touch ID > [click "Edit" in the upper right and change the name(s)]
