If I redeem an ITUNES gift card, will my in-app purchases be deducted from my card?
Where I usually use a credit card for in-app purchases, when I make the purchase, will the amount be deducted from the card (if there is enough)?

They should be deducted from your account's balance - if that doesn't cover it then any remainder will be charged to your credit card.
