I have iCloud activated on my MacBook and my iPhone. My MacBook filters my junk mail. If I leave mail open will iCloud filter emails on my iPhone as well?

I have iCloud on my MacBook and my iPhone. My MacBook filters Junk mail. If I leave my MacBook email app open 24/7 will it filter emails going to my iPhone as well?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4

Yes, but the changes will not trigger a push notification to your iOS devices. However, the email will appear in the correct folders on your device when you open them, as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4083.
