I have a Mac OS X version 10.6.8. It would seem as though the new Keynote is not compatible with my Mac. Is any other version of Keynote avaiable for me?

I have a Mac OS X version 10.6.8. I was attempting to download keynote but noticed that the compatibility requires a higher version. Is there anything else that I can use?

The most recent Keynote version requires OS X Mavericks, so you cannot purchase Keynote from the Mac App Store.

However, you can still use Keynote '09 in Mac OS X 10.6.8, but you need to purchase iWork '09 at Amazon > http://www.amazon.com/Apple-MB942Z-A-iWork-VERSION/dp/B0014X2UAK Then, insert the iWork '09 disc and install it.

Finally, open  > Software Update, and install the most recent iWork '09 version
