There are no Server based Sub-folder with any POP email servers. Any and all folder that you create to store specific emails in is totally local hard drive, email program, based.

In fact with POP there is no real Inbox or Sent Mail folders on the server. The server will store incoming emails for a set period of time if you have configured all the devices you use to access that account to Leave a Copy on the Server. Otherwise when one device accesses that account and downloads the incoming emails they are deleted from the mail server.

Only with IMAP servers, and MS Exchange, can you create folder either on their Webmail interface or in your mail program and have them propagate down to the email program or up to the server. And all devices have to access your email account using the IMAP protocol.
