On iTunes 11, Win 8.1, I can display my Wist List, but I find no way to purchase and download the items. Help!

I run iTunes 11 on Windows 8.1 desktop. I can place items into my Wish List, but I can find no button, dropdown, selection etc. that says "Purchase my Wish List". How do I buy something! The help function does not tell me how. Please help. Thank you
