iPad AirPrint

I changed service providers and therefore installed a new router . Since then I have been unable to connect by iPad 2 to my printer which is AirPrint enabled( it worked fine before) My laptop ( not Apple) connects no problem , my IPad is connected to the same network but it says no AirPrint printers found when I go to print . I am now with Talk Talk and they are unable to assist and said it's an IPad IP address problem. Help - I'm frazzled !
