SIM Not Valid
the SIM card that you currently have installed in this iPhone is from a carrier that is not supported under the activation policy that is currently assigned by the activation server.this is not hardware issue with theiPone. Please insert another SIM card from A supported carrier or reguest that this iPhone be unlocked by your carrier.Plesase contact Apple for more information. what should ı do ?

Put in a Supported Sim.

What part of that message is unclear? The phone is locked to a carrier other than the one you're trying to use.
I live in Turkey so I use AVEA not use AT&T. my phone swap. my old phone did not have this problem but This was a problem while trying to activate this phone..

Where did you get the phone? Why did you buy an AT&T phone if you live in Turkey? You can not activate that phone on any carrier other than the one it's locked to. ONLY the carrier it's locked to can unlock it. Contact them or buy a phone you can actually use.
That probably means that your old phone was hacked or jailbroken to unlock it.
my friend bought NY for me last year. ı used my phone but power button was broken and ı sent the phone to USA and they gave me a new phone. this new phone shoul SIM free but not unlock .anyway ı have this problem what can ı do ?

The original phone was hacked to illegally unlock it. When it was replaced, it was replaced with a phone that was locked to AT&T as the original was. ONLY AT&T can authorize an unlock.
