Dec 8, 2013 3:11 PM in response to ChrisJ4203by gshaffer126,according to the apple website, iPhone 5s comes with great built-in apps — including iPhoto, iMovie, GarageBand, Pages, Numbers, and Keynote. I don't see any of these on mine. Is it because I used backup and restore from my 4s?

Dec 8, 2013 3:15 PM in response to gshaffer126by ChrisJ4203,No, it is because you did not download them from the App store. These are available for the 5S and iOS 7 devices with new activations. You need to go into the App store on the phone and you can find them. See this support document for a little help. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5913

Dec 8, 2013 3:25 PM in response to ChrisJ4203by gshaffer126,I went to the app store and searched for them, but they don't say they are free...they are either 9.99 each or come with ads. Thanks for your help by the way !

Dec 8, 2013 3:46 PM in response to gshaffer126by ChrisJ4203,You're welcome. Try to make the purchase and the price may go away. This is what I have read from others. If that doesn't work, you can always get in touch with iTunes support about it. http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
