How do I have my name appear to my caller as caller id ? Right now all that comes up is my number...

It depends on several things:

If your call recipient is another iPhone, your name won't come up unless you are in that person's contact list.

If your call recipient is a land line capable of displaying caller name and telephone number, but all they see is your number, then your cellular carrier needs to fix that. Contact them and ask for your name to appear also.

They need to add your number to their contacts.
