Give AppleCare a call and see if they still have them available. If they do, there will be a small postage and handling charge.

Phone AppleCare and order replacements, or buy a retail Mac OS X 10.5 or earlier DVD from a source such as Amazon or eBay. Not all retail disks will work on all PowerBook G4 models.
