Q: How to re-download imovie after deleting it?

I downloaded the free imovie app when I bought my new 5S along with garageband and iphoto etc. I ended up deleting a bunch of the free apps not thinking that I would use them. Now when i go onto purchased apps in the app store and try and install imovie back onto the phone from icloud, a message appears

" you've already purchased this app so it will be downloaded at no additional cost"

But it never actually starts installing, the icloud icon remains there and nothing happens. This is only a problem with imovie, i was able to reinstall iphoto and other free apps no problem.
