How can a person gain access to everything on my iPhone (spyware)? I am on his account. He also got me an iPhone 5 'out of the blue'. Could there have been preinstalled software or spyware? How can I find out? He hides everything from me on the computer. Lots of empty files that I assume have been transferred to external hard drive, etc. The other day my phone's screen turned into several colors in vertical lines and then powered itself off and restarted. It happened the next day like that and then it restarted later but as a normal restart...only I didn't restart it. Also, I cannot figure out what is using up all my memory. I have erased all videos and most pictures, as well as all many of my favorite apps. I live in the General settings so I'm constantly checking it. The data usage is always amazingly high. What is normal anyway??? For 4G? I never use WiFi due to his computer (I share) syncing with my phone. Can something be installed via iTunes? These are only examples of the many problems uncharacteristic of a normal iPhone. Please help me. Who can I get help from?
