My thumb costed me $20!!!

My 3 year old son attempted to buy a $19.99 in app purchase and when I tried to stop him my thumb was accidentally read and accepted as confirmation. I tried to register a complaint but I recieved the automated response "This purchase is not eligible for a refund." Anything I can do?
