I used Aperture to make a photo book. While I'm waiting for Apple to print it, how can I transfer the actual book, including the layout, to my iPad?
Note: I want the book and not just a bunch of photos.

Until someone knowledgeable chimes in: print to PDF and put the PDF on your iPad.

Exactly. If you have iBooks on your iPad, you can sync the pdf with iTunes to the iPad (or iBooks on Mavericks)
The photobooks in iPhoto on the iPad are not compatible with Aperture's photobooks.
That was the solution. Have to admit that I had a little trouble figuring how to get it from my computer to the iPad (file>add to library>select file>open and then you're off and running).
The only issue...and it's minor...is that I when I rotate the iPad into the landscape mode, the file does not rotate with the iPad. Perhaps you guys have an explanation for that.
