Apple T.V. Problems

I have been receiving e-mail messages saying that the recent episodes I have purchased are available for download (The Daily Show, The Colbert Report, Big Bang Theory, etc). None of the recent episodes are showing up on the Apple T.V. - not since December 2nd. I believe this issue began with the download of the most recent software update. I don't know how to resolve this issue.

Nothing to do with an update. This has been an ongoing bug with the store on ATV for a while. New episodes do not show up in the purchased list for days or even weeks. If you go in under the TV icon and search for the show you can see the new episodes there, but not in your purchased list. Report it to customer service. They will not fix it unless more people start reporting it.

Apparently, they don't know how to resolve the issue either. Here is the final (of several) responses I received from the "Support Team":

Your request for assistance has reached iTunes Store Customer Support, which answers questions about billing, customer accounts, downloading purchases, and iTunes Store content.
