Hyper Draw of Sustain Pedal in Matrix Window DISAPPEAR!!

Hi..

I'm using the sustain pedal in the matrix window to mark my sustian of Piano...after i turn on the sustain pedal and track automation in Arrange window...the sustain pedal in Matrix Window was lost...i mean the collume is there but function is change to pitch bend...however i change it to sustain pedal..it still the same pitch bend....

But,sustain pedal in the arrange window is fine..work.but is not the place to edit my sustain pedal ...s'ld be matrix window..

oh...help me please!!

No, the sustain pedal didn't change to pitch bend ---- the DISPLAY changed to pitch bend.

Click/hold on the triangle in the left part of the Hyperdraw area in the Matrix Editor. Select sustain pedal (CC#64). You should now have your display back.

Another thing you can do to make this process easier is assign a key command to "Hyperdraw: Autodefine" (mine is "H"). This way you can open the Matrix, hit "H" repeatedly, and toggle through displays of whatever controller data is actually contained in that region. If you don't have pitch bend data in there, the display will not change to show you pitch bend ---- ever! But if you have sustain pedal info in that track already, it will definitely display.

If you don't, then you have to manually set the Hyperdraw display to show sustain pedal and start entering nodes. From that point on, should the Hyperdraw display get turned off, hitting "H" (or whaver you assign to that key command) once or twice will show you your sustain data again.
