my iphone4 is on a black screen and shows the plug in and itunes on the screen. it updated to ios7.0.4 and it wont do anything. what do i do? my lock button doesnt work either.

Make an appointment at an Apple store, 'cause you won't be able to use recovery mode to restore your phone, with a broken sleep/wake button. They will offer you an out of warranty replacement, cost is US $149.
