No bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key

When I try to start my mac in bootcamp it tells me that there is no bootable device. I have tried restarting it while holding down the options button and it takes me to where I should choose my wireless connection. When I choose it the screen displays the apple.com/support link. I'm not sure where to go from there.
