Ipad 4 blocked during upgrade IOS to 7.

System fails to recover and gives no error code.

first time it gave error 3004.

Can onyone help me to solve this since Support from apple is extreme poor quality

iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi + Cellular (MM), iOS 7.0.4
