Sync ical with icloud failed and deleted all data

Hi,

I've tried to sync the iCal on my Mac with the iCloud. But it failed. I've got the message, that there is a server problem. (but not which one!). the result: all data fromiCal on my mac are deleted AND there's not a single date in the cloud. Therefore I'm really happy to have all data on my iPhone. :-))))

But now I've got a problem: How could I get all the data back into iCal on my Mac? Is it really necessary to use Time machine? And if it is: How could I refresh only the Kalender? (I don't want to do a refresh of my whole HD.) Or is it possible (and how) to use the Kalender from my iPhone?

Any ideas or regards?
