If I changed Apple ID how I can change in icloud my new Apple ID?

You would have to turn of "Find My iPhone" first ("Settings > iCloud > Find My iPhone") before you can change your account or Apple ID. If you already changed your Apple ID (https://appleid.apple.com), then you would have to change it back again in order to change/delete your old account from your device.
