imatch does not work on 4g network, I'm using a iphone 5 anyone else having the same problem?

Only a handful of songs are available to listen to, the majority are shown with a red arrow pointing down from the cloud. I've tried turning imatch off and on but this has made no difference. Any ideas?

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.4
