can I send windows docs to apple icloud?

I have a windows PC in my office and a Macbook pro (Mavericks) at home.

I have iWork 2009 but have updated the application software after updating to Mavericks.

Ideally I want to send Word/Excel docs, PDFs and jpegs from Windows PV to iCloud.

How can I do this?
