Q: block a number on iPhone 5

I get a phone call at least 15 times a day displaying a number but when I answer there's no one there. I also get telemarketers calling over and over from one particular number. These start at 6 a.m. and don't stop until midnight. How can I block these numbers? Or set them not to ring????

You should contact your carrier and tell them about the phantom number. You can also register your number in the Federal Trade Commision's Telemarketing Do Not Call list, and file a complaint there as well (assuming you are in the US). Other countries may have similar services.
