One more question ... what is VAT and how much it costs ? If I want to buy http://store.apple.com/us/buy-mac/macbook-pro?product=ME293LL/A&step=config base config from New York or Seattle what will be the VAT ( I get it as some kind of fee ) ? How much will the macbook cost ?

All Apple Stores charge local tax. What happens if you take t back to your country of residence (assuming other than US) is up to that particualr country. Some will add on the tax you would have paid had you purchased it there anyway.

No, there will be tax added on. How much depends on the area you are buying it. I'm in Wisconsin and most of the state charges 5% tax, so that would amount to $100 tax plus the $1999 = $2099 here.

Value Added Tax. The country you are going to decides the amount.
For example, in the UK VAT is 20%, so if you spent $1000, it would be $200.
But I will take it from USA and I will be at USA. Will it cost exactly $1999 ?
What is VAT and is it included in the price ?
