How to lock folders on your iphone

hi, i want to be able to put locks on folders that contain certain apps on my iphone 4s.

the purpose is i only want my youngest child playing educational apps and not games apps that my eldest child wants to play.

if theres any other way of hiding majority of my apps from my youngest i'd be greatful if someone could help.
