I clicked to repair my itunes but am worried it has now deleted all my CDs.. if I reconnect it it might sync it without my cds .. what do I do?

I just clicked to repair my itunes and I think it might have deleted all my cds I had downloaded onto my ipod.. I don't want to reconnect my ipod in case it syncs without my cds.. what do I do?
