iCloud prompt comes up new terms and conditions. I hit view terms and I am brought to settings but nothing happens after. The prompt comes up every few seconds and is very annoying

Delete the iCloud account, then sign back in.

Did not help. I deleted and signed in again however the prompt still comes up over and over
Try downloading the Find My Friends app and signing in with your iCloud ID to accept the terms and conditions there.
I accidently found the answer today. In the mail application of your phone. Mine was with the extinct name@me.com. when I saw it I was elated!!! I could finally agree so the window can stop popping up
I found a way to get this to work, go Mail accounts and add an iCloud account using your preferred Apple ID, then you accept the Terms and Conditions there and iCloud works again. You can delete that mail account after you do the T&C trick.
CJ,
Thank you so much. This worked for me. I went into settings/mail,contacts,calendars, and for an old .me account, I accepted the "new" terms and conditions.
So far so good.
Thanks again!
Paul
It seems that the iOS confuses the iCloud account with the @me/com account.
I tried everything first, including Find Friends, Find iPhone, nothing worked.
Then I just went through the list of my accounts in Mail, Contacts, Calendars settings and found that the T&C's only showed up and thus needed to be accepted in the @me.com account.
